Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Shipping carrier is USPS (United Postal Service). 
  • Shipping/delivery estimates of product shipped within United States (excluding holidays) is 5-10 business days. Sometimes there are unavoidable delays. You can track your package via USPS.com with your tracking number. It will take a few days to package your item, and then it will be sent out using the shipping options you selected during checkout. 
  • While we do offer free shipping to all U.S. residents and territories on our Skintasy Combo Pack, standard shipping rates will still apply for any additional products in the cart. 
  • Shipping to an international address can take anywhere from 7-21 business days, and sometimes longer depending on local custom's processes. Once your international order leaves the United States, you will be unable to track your order with the tracking number provided to you, unless you select and pay for Priority Mail, or Express Mail shipping. Skintasy is not responsible for any custom fees or VAT fees imposed by your country for international shipping and delivery. 
  • If item is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement package at no additional cost to the customer.
  • If the address you provided is incorrect, and and items are returned to Skintasy, you will be charged for the cost of shipping to resend the package.

Return/Refund Policy

  • As a new company, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to contamination reasons. 
  • Only regularly priced items qualify for a refund; unfortunately sale items are non-refundable.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are available and these will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
